How do tokens work on cam sites?

Tokens are a cam site's own currency. You buy a pack with real money, the tokens sit in your account, and you spend them in rooms: on tips, on requests from a model's menu, on private minutes. Premium sites call them credits. The idea is the same.

Why sites use tokens

One purchase covers many small payments. Nobody wants to enter card details to send the equivalent of a dollar, and no card network would process it cheaply. Tokens also keep things simple in a room: every model's menu is priced in the same unit.

What a token costs, and what it is worth to the model

The price depends on the pack. Bigger packs cost less per token, and some payment methods carry a surcharge. The purchase page shows the exact price before you pay, and it is the only figure you should trust.

A token is worth less to the model than it cost you. The site keeps the difference as its commission and pays her a fixed amount per token received. That is normal and it is how the rooms stay free to watch.

Keeping control

Decide on an amount before you buy and buy that pack only. Turn off one-click purchases if the site offers the setting. A busy, friendly room, and MILF rooms are a good example, makes it easy to tip more than you meant to.
