18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement

This site is published by Joshua.

No content is produced or hosted here

This website is not a producer, primary or secondary, of any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. We do not create, host, store or transmit such content.

The pages of this site contain text, tables of our own measurements and links. The live previews shown on some pages are embedded from third-party cam sites through a widget supplied by an affiliate network. They are streamed from those sites' servers, not from ours.

Who keeps the records

The operators of the third-party sites are the producers of the content they broadcast. Each of them is responsible for verifying that every performer is at least 18 years old and for keeping the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Their own 2257 statements, available on their sites, name their custodians of records.

Performers are adults

All persons who appear in the embedded previews were, according to the sites that broadcast them, at least 18 years old at the time of the broadcast. We do not knowingly link to any content depicting minors, and no part of this site may be used by anyone under 18.
