DMCA and copyright notices

What we host
We host our own text and data tables. We do not host video, images of performers or user uploads. Live previews are embedded from third-party cam sites and served from their systems.
If the material is on a third-party site
A notice about a live stream, a recording or an image shown in an embedded preview must be sent to the site that broadcasts it. That site controls the material and is the only one able to remove it. Its copyright or DMCA page gives the address of its designated agent.
If you tell us which page of our site displays the preview, we will also review the link on our side.
If the material is our own text or data
Send a notice to contact@sex-cam-zurich.ch containing:
- your name and contact details;
- the work you say has been infringed;
- the exact address of the page on this site where it appears;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We answer notices that contain these elements and remove or correct material where the claim is valid.
Images of you published without consent
If a preview or a link on this site leads to content showing you that was published without your consent, write to contact@sex-cam-zurich.ch with the page address. We will remove the link without waiting for a formal notice.
