Privacy policy

The controller of the data described here is Joshua. Contact: contact@sex-cam-zurich.ch.

This policy applies the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection where they are applicable.

The short version

This site has no accounts, no forms and no newsletter. We do not know who you are. We store two small choices in your browser, we read your country to decide which version of a page to show, and our host keeps ordinary server logs.

What is processed

Your approximate location. When a page is requested, our hosting provider derives the country and, in the United States, the state from the IP address. We use it for one purpose: showing a blurred version of live previews in places that require age verification. It is not stored by us and not linked to you.

Server logs. Our host, Netlify, records technical data for each request (IP address, time, page, browser) for security and operation. We do not combine these logs with anything else.

Choices kept in your browser. Your age confirmation and, in Europe, your cookie choice. See the cookie policy for names and durations.

Affiliate clicks. When you click a button or link that leads to a cam site, the link passes through an address on this site that starts with /go/. The destination receives the page you came from, the category, the position of the link and your country. It receives no name, email address or identifier from us.

Third parties

Live previews and some ads are supplied by CrakRevenue's widget and load from its servers. Once they load, that company and the cam sites behind it process your IP address and may set their own cookies. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland they load only after you accept in the consent banner.

The cam sites you visit from our links have their own privacy policies, which apply as soon as you leave this site.

Legal bases

Legitimate interest for security logs, for complying with age-verification laws and for measuring which links are used. Consent for third-party previews and ads in the regions listed above.

Retention

Your choices stay in your browser for the durations given in the cookie policy. We keep no personal profile. Host logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal data, object to processing and lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. Because we hold no account data, most requests are answered by "we have nothing linked to you"; write to contact@sex-cam-zurich.ch and we will check.

Adults only

This site is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly process data of minors.
